What is R-Teams?
R-Teams (Real-time Event and Auction Management System) is a computerized system to register guests for events, track their purchases at the event be it ticket sales, raffle tickets, specialty sales items, drinks, and of course live and silent auction items, allow for easy computerized checkout, and provide real time accurate event accounting.
Why did we create R-Teams?
R-Teams was created for a local non-profit children's museum, The KidZone Museum. Their annual Texas Hold’em fundraiser event was having a hard time checking in and out the guests in a timely manor, managing and accounting for auction items (silent and live), and accounting for bar, raffle, and buy-in sales. After-the-event accounting was painstaking in and inaccurate. R-TEAMS was created to provided an efficient system to simplify the entire event process and provide accurate accounting.
